Arrowmont Polymer Clay Information and Meeting Reminder

Though I don’t normally post information about polymer clay workshops that are not in the Pacific Northwest, I received a special request this morning to do so.  Because Arrowmont is so highly thought of, and they are having a Lindly Hanauni class on color, I feel it is worth the mention.  So, if any of you are planning to be in the Tennessee area, the second week in July, you may want to consider this.

Here is the link to the Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts:

You will find Lindly’s class in the workshop catalog, under the Jewelry section.

Also, a reminder that we have a meeting scheduled for next weekend, March 4th.  So far, I don’t have any people signed up for it.  If you are planning on coming, please let me know by booking a seat.  In the remote chance that we have snow, I don’t expect people to come – just so you know.  Thank you!

Have a great weekend, everyone and happy claying!

I took a class with Lindly a few years ago and subsequently bought her book on color, Polymer Clay Color Inspirations. Both: fantastic! If anyone has a chance to take a class of hers, jump at it. We’re lucky to have Maggie Maggio (Lindly’s coauthor) on this coast; you can see a list of her retreats in the column on the right. I hope I can make it to Portland for one of them.
